Mindful To The Max (MTTM) cares to protect customer privacy and data collected through this site.

Why and how data is collected/shared.

Data provided will be used for processing orders, tax records, analytics, and marketing purposes.

Mindful To The Max uses PayPal (payment gateway) as the service provider.

Mindful To The Max uses Royal Mail as it’s postal service and courier provider. Name and address details provided by a customer will therefore be shared with Royal Mail for the purpose of completing an order. If you email cat@mindfultothemax.com your name and email will be stored within the email server, for occasional mails out of news and offers. Emails will include the option to opt out at any time.

Mindful To the Max (Cat Aimi) will strictly only share customer details with PayPal and Royal Mail for the purpose of completing an order, or for the purpose of tax records. Outside of order handling and company records, all customer data will remain private.

Third party names on reviews, vocal work or other, will only be shared on the Mindful To The Max website or social content with their permission.

What data is collected

To comply with global data laws like GDPR and CCPA, data collected by Mindful To The Max and Mindful To The Max PayPal business account includes:

  • Contact & Identification: Name, billing/shipping address, and email address.
  • Transaction Details: Checkout total, and purchase history.
  • Note: Mindful To the Max does not collect nor store credit card or bank details on the WordPress site.

How long we retain your data

Financial/Tax Records: Kept for the UK legally mandated period (7 years from the date of order) to comply with tax and audit laws.
Marketing Data: Kept until the user opts out or unsubscribes.
